[COM] Re: Burnside Village (Extension)

This is far more extensive than we expected. Massive changes ahead, with the first part being completed in 2021. Snapshot and some pics from the link Edward posted. The Cohen family’s vision would mark the sixth and seventh evolution of Burnside Village and further enhance the centre’s reputation as...

[U/C] Re: Renaissance Arcade | 132m | 40 Levels | Realm Apartments

Some comments from recent Tripadvisor reviews have been provided below. I'm sure there are other contributing factors to the property facing closure. Perhaps lack of maintenance? • An absolute dump • The building looks like it will be knocked down shortly from the lack of maintenance • Very out dat...

[ONH] Re: 114 Waymouth Street | 78m | 26lvl | U2 Apartments

Do you know who .... and will it be same development built or will they demolish the 1-2 storeys and start again? From the limited info I've seen, it will be the same design with internal layout modifications to suit a hotel arrangement rather than apartments. So this will be a Marriott Hotel?

Re: News & Discussion: Trams

Looong overdue!

Interesting it's going to be side platforms. Also I wish they would introduce real time information screens for all the tram stops.

[VIS] Re: Memorial Drive upgrade

Why even fucking bother...

This Government is kidding themselves if they believe this is going to attract all these events to Memorial Drive. The whole thing needs to be flattened and rebuilt. It’s an embarrassment.

Extremely underwhelming.

46.6 degrees

Adelaide is Australia's hottest capital, hitting a new record temperature of 46.6C - breaking its own 80-year-old record and Melbourne's previous top of 46.4C.

[COM] Re: Burnside Village (Extension)

Working at the centre I have heard talking of them wanting to extend out to Green Hill Rd, with a boutique DJs much like we’ve seen being rolled out in other states, with a possible inclusion of HnM and cinemas. I also work in the centre and that is completely inaccurate information.. At this point...

[U/C] Re: Westfield Tea Tree Plaza (Extension)

I spoke to someone a few weeks ago who works for the Scentre Group, they claimed that Stage 2 of the TTP expansion should be starting this calander year. Apparently Stage 1 has been an even bigger success than they anticipated so they want to strike while the iron is hot. Good. Visiting TTP is like...

Absolute BS that the timetables are still running on reduced frequency when the Festive Season is now over and people are returning back to work. How much are they actually saving?

Stephen Knoll is becoming a disappointment.
