[U/C] Re: Northern Connector | 14km | $1b

Personally, I would call it the Charles Sturt Freeway from Nuriootpa to the River Torrens, which would tie in to the Sturt Highway, and the City of Charles Sturt, in which Sturt's home (The Grange) sits. From the River Torrens to Old Noarlunga I would call it the George Kingston Freeway, after the ...

Dwell looks horrible.

Honestly. You contribute nothing to this forum other than throw-away comments like this.
He's right though. It's an absolute eyesore and a disgrace it was even approved in the first place.

Sephora may be looking at ex Just Jeans I hear.
I think it's way too small for a store like Sephora.

Re: News & Developments: Prospect

Thanks for posting the article Jaymz. I'm glad that it finally got approval. Hopefully it'll open at the same time as the Melbourne stores. It's a pity the size has shrunk quite significantly but it's still very large. I just don't want the size to impact the amount of groceries they stock too much...

I'd be very surprised to see Woolworths leave the city and especially busy Rundle Mall, unless they have another location lined up.

Whatever they do, it's crucial it's at least 3x3 lanes. We already made the mistake decades ago with not implementing the MATS plan, let's not repeat history by not future proofing this motorway. Not implementing the MATS plan was definitely not a mistake, I"m pretty sure the residents of Hindmarsh...

[PRO] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)

The stores they are closing are mainly in Regional centers from what I've read. I used to work at this store many years ago and it was by far the most profitable in the state. They would not close it. I would say the ones in trouble are Brickworks, Golden Grove and Hallett cove. I'd say the rest ar...

Re: News & Discussion: Laneway & Streetscape Projects

Tbh, I wish the council would cease its obsession with continually upgrading already-improved main streets and pay more attention to long-ignored streets like Grenfell and Pirie. Hindley Street doubtlessly needs some maintenance and would benefit from further updates, but other streets are complete...
