This must have a chance of being delayed or cancelled right now? With travel bans now in effect it might take years for international student numbers to recover. Whats your reasoning for that? Are you expecting current world issue to take that long or are you expecting a large number of those stude...

I would hate to think about how poor the sound proofing in this hotel would be - if your staying there you better have a damn lot of drinks so you can sleep it off.

Sofitel and Wingfold are starting to look very prominent from the Morphett Street bridge... https://i.imgur.com/mF1nglV.jpg The Sofitel is supposed to be 35 odd meters higher than Wingfold so i will really change the skyline in that area and i believe rightfully needed to balance the west end with ...

That side of the building is still incomplete. What’s the hold up with the glazing. I thought that many times too - but it looks like theirs air con units and other stuff - more like a carpark or something Maybe not supposed to be glass glazing but something else. Maybe their supplier for car park ...

[VIS] Re: State Politics A new inner-city stadium is one of a raft of big ticket projects on the government's agenda this year
Agree a combined basketball, tennis, netball, music arena needs to be first. It should be roughly over current Memorial Drive / Next Generator precinct. They should sell of entertainment centre, netball stadium, titanium arena and such. Would go someway of the way to paying for the facilities. After...

What is scary is the artist impression of the lowered road/tunnel showning only 2 lanes in each direction. Regardless of whether we have Tunnels, Tunnel/Lowered Road Combo or Lowered Road we need to continue the Torrens to Torrens section with 3 lanes in each direction otherwise it will be useless. ...

If the government had started investigating and planning back after they won the election last year we might’ve have some kind of semi-complete plans by now or at the very least a rough outline. Instead it’s all in the too-hard basket. :wallbash: :wallbash: The government should not be looking at e...

Government should do more to move fringe offices from Greenhill, Fullarton rds etc to move to city. Offer some sort of incentives eg no stamp duty, rate free periods etc

Also agree it's a nice design. The renders in the paper are not detailed enough regards Currie St angle and glazing colour. The design regards proportions and asthetics would be improved with added height a 150 - 170m building of same design just a taller top section would be excellent

What is sad about the whole saga is that it can happen again. We should have had a change in our State Government Laws/Constitution that makes Governments accountable. Someone in Government should have not just not got reelected or sacked but they should have gone to jail for the stuff-up that was t...
