Re: #Vision: New Inner-City Stadium
I was actually referring to a number of posts that only related to crowd attendances at a football game. Absolutely nothing to do with this forum. They contributed nothing to this topic. ??? What do you think this discussion is if it isn't about development? Surely, by making comments like this, you...

I just hope the expansion continues and more jobs are created for the youth. Car-parking will have to be seriously looked at for this complex.

Good news! On a side note, one of the representations made against this development is by the owners of the Pancake kitchen, who amongst other reasons, base their opposition to the development on "Adelaide does not need another restaurant"! Completely agree....Adelaide people simp...

[CAN] Re: #Approved: Spire Living - 110m+ - 35lvl apartments
This project is supposed to be getting off the ground in a couple of months or so. But judging by the lack of activity (advertising, emails and other updates) I now have my doubts about this project. I'd love to see it happen, but it sounds like the management don't know how to make it happen. If th...

Sorry for that confusion there. Yes, the church site is a DIFFERENT project which is unlikely to proceed for the time being.

[U/C] Re: #Proposed 57 - 69 Wyatt St - 17 Level 64m Mixed Use
I'm glad this site is being re-considered. I thought it was a real shame when Dakota didn't go anywhere, as this is a great site for a mixed use style development. Hopefully this proposal actually gets off the ground to improve this very central location.

Re: Vacant City Blocks
they are just crying out for australia's tallest building!!!! Well, I'd settle for a 40 storey building before setting any kind of record. The good news though is that we are starting to see a greater density of high-rise buildings which will eventually mean height limitations being lifted. It woul...

Possibly the most unprofessional piece of marketting ever. Just recieved this in the email: Spire price increase set for 2008 It has been confirmed by the developer that there is going to be a price increase in Spire come 2008. What this means is that for those of you who have been issued a contrac...
