Not sure if this has been posted before. From Maras Group website. Proposed 361-367 King William Street (corner of Sturt Street). 18 floors of offices over 4 levels of carparking.

Can confirm, demolition is underway, most of the inside is now rubble. Good riddance! Most of you know how protective I am of heritage and preserving existing facades etc rather than replacing character with shit, but I've hated the building on this site for years, glad to see it go. ??? Isn't this...

Noticed today as I was walking by, the last level of apartments had no ceiling installed. Plus the top level still a construction site. But furniture and the likes on most other levels, meaning they obviously have ppl living in them. The unfinished apartments are being advertised on Realestate.com....

The building of the student accommodation has ruined the western views of apartments from about 5/6 to 15/16. Owner occupiers w...

There's a piling rig parked on the now cleared site at 64 South Terrace. Anyone have any info on what might be happening here?

I can't wait for the completion of this development. I think it will look great. Then focus on a northern stand and relocate the old scoreboard to be part of an Adelaide Oval Sporting Museum.

Has the Liberal Party been in for a year yet? What has upset you so much that you want them out already? I can list more than a...
