Steel metal piling cages were delivered to the site today so expect piling to start any day now.
Also, local businesses were notified of changes to the road out the front, plus hoarding will be going up on the 16th March.

Two large containers were dropped into the beer garden at the end of December, and they have been packing up gear.

The front of the existing building is now covered in scaffold and demolition is underway at the rear of the building.

Adelaide City Council is also apparently a bit "special" when it comes to the requirements for pedestrian access & protection compared to locations interstate.

The biggest threat to development in the CBD from the change of government will come from the ACC complaining about no longer having control over assessing developments and the new government deciding to listen to them and hand back control.
