Yes im a kit man. Silly me had big eyes for my belly and got the larger sized wort thus need to do double batches. i find it brews better when you have a full wort, but then im forever cleaning beer bottles to empty the contents into. also if you do a crap batch you have alot of crap beer to drink. ...

Ive been a brewer for 6 years now, although its been a while, but funny you start this thread, as i have just put a guiness down and is ready to bottle today. quite a setup you have there, but where is the drip tray, and dare i ask the waitress??

Love this building! I drove down Gouger Street from West Tce this afternoon and it sure makes an imposing sight along side of the Law Courts :D I noticed that there is a big square opeining in the facade just to the left of the SA Water signage. Shuz, Yes the incentive to have pedestrians stopping off at the market side of the square is great however i wonder what would have occured if it was on the eastern side where people were forced to cross the square to get to the markets allowing people to stop along the way and filtrate the potentia...

It will certaintly answer some questions. It definately needs to be a study over a long period of time. So people can adapt to change.....a case of "Who moved my Cheese"
