In a simpler but effective idea, we ought to make it easier for local students, as well as interstate ones who might be attracted by extra support, to enter and maintain tertiary study. I would be attracted by a lucrative employment offer, an assisted passage, relocation assistance, the ability to rent or comfortably afford a higher than basic standard of housing.
