Thats a nice pic with the crane for CC2 going up in the background. Tower crane for this one must be coming very soon. Yeah, the Favco was being installed on Saturday, and was fully operational Sunday morning Nov. 19 when I went down KWS. Also had a quick look at the SA Water core. Won't take long ...

...I am not supportive of the Port tramline, due to the presence of heavy rail and the possibilities of a vast increae in patronage that will occur in the future due to the new Port resi development and ancillory projects. Money better spent on lines where there are none at present. I agree with th...

Look at what glenelg has : 1) A nice beach 2) The mariner and the patawalonga 3) the Tram 4) Moseley square 5) A great range of shops, restaurants and cafes. 6) Good nightlife, especially in the summer.. 7) An esplanade which is not over-developed like the gold coast What other seaside suburbs in a...

From today. This one is slow to get off the ground. Probably because it is so large, floorplate-wise. I think it is about time for a decent crane or two to appear on this site as well! The mobile crane owned by Samaras is on the left of the pic taken by UrbanSG. It wasn't in operation when I went p...

Thanks for the update crawf. The company also says a ferry service would reduce exhaust emissions and road maintenance costs, and points to systems used by the EU and the US that use government funded incentives to get freight onto coastal ferries. In Europe they call them "Highways of the Sea&...

Geothermal is an interesting concept. It's renewable and enviromentally friendly. The only issue is we have to pump water to the location before any electricity is produced. Is it going to come from underground, from the Murray-Darling or the sea? When the water eventually escapes as steam, it has t...

Went down Angas Street this morning at about 11:00am and there was a (Marchetti) large mobile crane owned by Samaras parked in the street. Are we at the beginnings of seeing a Favco being erected or will some metal structure be going up? Anyone got any extra news?

Nice pics. For sure it's a prime location. Would be good if they demolished the brick building in Gawler Place and replaced it with something good looking. Of course the North Terrace buildings (facades) would have to be retained, assuming they are heritage listed. Would be interesting to find out w...

And do what with it? I think they could have several streets eventually like rundle mall in the city. Grenfell St possibly? Or something on the southern end? Get rid of those lights, re-pave the tiles, add more colour to the mall to make it more vibrant, develop a website showcasing Rundle Mall (ev...

Guilt by association, that's what you are saying. Schapelle can still be innocent.

Do you know for a fact she's guilty?
