So I heard that Sephora is opening in Adelaide, apparently they haven’t confirmed where but are hiring staff?
Does anyone know more about this or where it may be?

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
Is there any plans for extension to the tram line which has actually been agreed? I know they were talking about going to Norwood down Stephen Tce and the Parade but the local council did not seem too keen on this.

[COM] Re: UC: Torrens Footbridge | $40m
I went for a ride this morning (not even knowing it will be opened tomorrow). The bridge is looking great, will have to go for another ride in tomorrow and hopefully be able to ride across. Never thought a bridge would excite me, but Adelaide really is starting to look real nice especially from down...

[COM] Re: #U/C: Victoria Square Upgrade - $24m
I work on Franklin street, so have seen this coming along as it goes. It's looking much better than it used to, however is pretty plain unless something is going on in it. Having said that, I went to the Royal Croquet Club last night after work with friends and it was awesome, perfect spot for that ...

Adelaide is a beautiful city.
From about two hours ago. Probably would've been a better shot this afternoon but oh well!
And this one is from last Sunday morning.

I went for a ride past this today, not too much to report. Looks like they have recently started laying foundations.

I haven't really checked Victoria square out much, I work about five minutes from there and can't wait for the upgrade to be finished.
Must say the giant bike for Tour Down Under does look pretty cool.

Re: News & Discussion: Public Transport
I'm quite impressed by the live tracking. Words almost perfectly. I've used it twice a day every day for at least a month now, and only twice has it been wrong, and even then I don't know if it was on my end of Adelaide Metro's end. Will be good once there are some better apps out there though, havi...

Re: Frome St Bikeway
Hopefully this sort of thing will help even slightly reduce the traffic from North Terrace to Melbourne street around 5-6pm as currently it is horrible with the end of Frome Road, Edwin Smith Avenue and Brougham Place all feeding the single lane Melbourne street. Otherwise it's a great idea, there i...

Re: PRO: Walkerville DTEI building > Hotel/Apartments | 11lv
About bloody time, absolutely ridiculous that the site has been left for so long without anyone even attempting to make it look better than an absolute abomination. Very unfortunate that there won't be any residential section to it, but hopefully something will eventually be done to the DTEI buildin...

I do hope this goes ahead as planned.
Walkerville Tce will eventually transform, whether it wants to or not, and something like this really would force such a movement.

Re: Walkerville Town Centre - 5 levels - $55 million
I really do wish they would hurry up and do something.. Anything, even move the mounds of dirt, I've driven past the site thousands of times since anything was last done on it. Absolutely shocking work by everybody involved. Disgusting.

Re: Walkerville Town Centre - 5 levels - $55 million
Just thought I would say that there is 0% workrate going on for this project. I heard that because of the financial crisis, development was stopped, and possibly canned, however I have also heard that the site was bought out by another party. Either way I just wish they would hurry up and build. EDI...

Her husband is one of the high people up in one of Adelaide's big crane businesses... he drives a crane? yes, we like new development, but sometimes forget about the impact on the little guy... I'm not 100% sure whether he is an owner or just one of the bosses, but I meant high as in power, not hei...
