I understand your point, but unfortunately the warfie culture died at the Port years and years ago. I prefer a yuppie culture than an abandoned ghost town I know mate. But i'm very disappointed that the Port Adelaide Sailing Club and Searles Boatyard was forced to relocate. I wonder what is ...

Whats the latest of this White Elephant? Cant wait till they really check the contamination of the railyards. Ray. I'm not a fan of the proposed location, but how exactly is a hospital a white elephant?? If the cost is out of proportion to its usefulness or worth. Like $1.7 billion. I would call it...

It would seem better maybe to demolish the Obahn and to have a tram from the Airport to TTP via the Central of Adelaide. This isn't sim-city. You don't just demolish infrastructure that currently works very well and would have a high replacement cost. How long will the current infrastructure for th...

Say if the New "Obahn" bus lanes run along from Wakefield to Grote Street from Gilberton, would it be better to have the Bus lanes in the middle of the stretch and have the bus stops in the middle ala King William Street. You cant say there would safety issues as obviously King William Ro...

Damn Labor Party all they know how to do in my opinion is spend, spend, spend, tax, tax, tax, they brought us from surplus to debt in just under one term. After watching Tony Abbotts speech last night on ABC i am now a Liberal supporter. Here is what i would save money on by scrapping: Seaford Rail...

I dont think we will have any problems with vandalism with the new Port Adelaide Railway station! Reminds me of "porridge", anyone hanging about that station will tend more to pace up and down the platforms, exercise on the benches and thinking about to scale the perimeter. Very clinical w...

Looking at Nearmap on the Port Road Hindmarsh stretch of the tram line. I say they shouldve extended the line until the rotunda, so it will cater for the Hindmarsh Stadium mob and also service more of the Hindmarsh precinct and make it the terminus. I think the Thebarton, Hindmarsh, Bowden, Brompton...

I dont see why not, that the houses in question of being in the way of a future extension to Golden Grove Village shops or beyond to One tree hill couldnt be knocked down. They are soulless heaps of junk, unlike the problems we will have on South Road between Port Road and Torrens Road. Their are so...

Mr BillD.
You Sir, can handle a camera no worries. There would be many a skin mag that would gratefully wish to have your ol' eye squinting about on the lovely bods that are at hand, and take them at their best.
Thank you for your shots
Ray.

Surely it\'d be far safer for cyclists and better off from an environmental perspective - whereby any 2-way street running parallel to a major road with on-street bike lane-ways, simply be converted to one way streets, with the curbside extended on one side to accommodate a bikeway. Such a proposal...

Are you really SURE that you would trust Adelaide drivers with Zebra crossings???????? I dont think its because of the State Governments "high" road standards of not having them. More to do with reducing the carnage which would happen if we had them.
Ray.
