However that proposal was for an underground hall with, at least in the preliminary renders, a small door opening at North Terrace.
Perhaps this latest proposal is actually a better idea from purely a music point of view?

Does anyone know what's happened to the Vic. Square upgrade plans. I thought I read that something was being released at the very end of 2009 for public comment?
Interesting that there was no mention of anything in the election campaign either - so where is it at now?
