There's been some works going on around the South Terrace tram stop, and along the line between South Terrace and Greenhill Road. Well I guess if you wanted to be really technical about it, everywhere is a TOD.

TOD stands for Transit Orientated Development, and since travelling by car is a means of transit... :P

I'm led to believe that we currently have more cranes in our CBD than Brisbane CBD at the moment, but that Brisbane has more if you include projects going on in suburbia.

Melbourne has a lot, they're everywhere, left, right and centre. I'd say 30 or so.
