Looking at that photo, are the buildings around it empty too? Maybe this development includes them? Nope, what you see is what you get there. This is being developed by the same guy that has plans for 399 King William too. Hames Sharley reckon they are going to get 24 units out of that but haven't ...

This is back on the market again, still says construction from Mid 2010 but I think we can discount that by now as it has said that since last year. Btw cheers to whoever found those renders..
