Note that those prices only include 7kg of carry on bags and no meals.
It's actually only 5kg of luggage. I expect to see many a bogan that hasn't read the terms and conditions to get a rude awakening at the airport.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines

For flights to KL, if you want to have luggage included, they're only about $10 cheaper than MH, and MH have double the luggage allowance.

Re: 2019 Footy Express

Isn’t there a surcharge for the Footy Express built into all Power @ Crows ticketed members’ fees, most of which were paid up in 2018? Pretty hard to claw that back if they cancelled the Express. See if they try it on next year. Not sure about Adelaide but Port Adelaide does have a surcharge. Have ...

Was anyone aware that the Checkside Tavern, and its SANFL pokie machines, was actually remaining?
Yeah they've always said they were staying.

[PRO] Re: Playford Ice Arena

This decision is catastrophic for ice sports in SA. The Ice Arena will close next year, and SA will be left with no ice rinks in the state.

[U/C] Re: Westfield Tea Tree Plaza (Extension)

That could possibly be true. I know that's what happened with Buongiorno, they were told that they had two options they either committed to moving to the new precinct or had to close up. I think they're beginning to move businesses on in readiness for the upgrade. I imagine it will eventually happe...

Latest video of the Southern Interchange ...

You get a real glimpse of the magnitude of the interchange, and the direction the connector will go beyond the interchange, at the end of the video.

SBD: from memory (albeit a long one for me), the hard surface area can accommodate 4 courts side by side. It's hard to make out in that render, but I think they just drew up a single court in the middle. With a little help from the angle of the render, it looks plausible that all seats have some so...

[VIS] Re: Memorial Drive upgrade

Although I called this cheap and tacky yesterday, in light of today's news about us securing a major ATP tournament 12 months from now I can see why this is the only real viable option for updating the facility. The canopy does look rather large and hopefully can be re-purposed for a proper new ind...

Wasn't it the 36'rs who didn't want to move? We talk about grand plans, but the sports need to want them. Yeah the 36ers have no desire to move from TSA. Their owners also own the arena, so they don’t want to move into somewhere where they’ll just be another tenant subject to scheduling clashes. Th...

[VIS] Re: Memorial Drive upgrade

From a purely tennis perspective - it's a much needed upgrade to finally put the WTC out of it's misery. Given Tennis Australia are saying it will be a combined ATP/WTA event, it looks like Perth's won the rights to the ATP Cup group matches - perhaps a reflection on this upgrade not being enough to...
