You think so? A spruce up would improve it for sure. Would be nice if they incorporated it into the final design.
So long as they don't do what Makris did with City X where he kept a heritage facade but then hit most of it behind cladding, leaving only a small section of the top visible.

I’m so excited for this. It’s a great design that will transform one of Adelaides clown jewels, the markets. It’ll have as big of an impact street level as it will on the skyline and really bring the skyline further south. Spoken like someone who never frequents the Central Markets, because ask any...

I don't know why you're all arguing about this, it's never going to happen anyway. There will be a Grange line closure before we ever see electrification of the OH line, let alone a tram/train arrangement.

That last render makes me a tad nervous as the building in the left looks a lot better in the render than it does in person. Expected nothing less from you Mpol03. You are the epitome of negativity!! He has a point, though... Besides, I thought ghs is the epitome of negativity. *hides*

I think some of you are missing the point that he's trying to make. If some of you think that this, more government office space, is a good thing for the economy, as opposed to the private sector taking up floor space, then you should do some research. Pandemic aside, office space built for governm...

A nice looking building, but it is another missed opportunity for an iconic tower on a large alotment in a prime location. :( Probably more disappointing than the Planet site in Pirie Street. My :2cents: Cheers Medium to large organisations prefer large floorplates, so there will always be a tenden...

Looking forward to seeing the designs on this one, hopefully it will be as classy as the brands that are promised for it. Also, it will be interesting to see if there are already office tenants in the mix this early in the development. Finally! This arcade is trash. However, like you, surprised by ...

[VIS] Re: New inner-city stadium

The area east of Adelaide Oval may be "parkland" (park 12) but it already has built forms on it, and is used for sporting codes already. Building a proper venue on there would merely be a huge upgrade of a sporting facility. As I've posted before this is my personal preference. The tram line will e...
