Re: News & Discussion: Low/Mid-Rise CBD Development

This is not making slow progress. I think calling it glacial would be giving glaciers a bad name. It seems to be just two men and a dog working on weekends. This could take another 5 years, it has already been two. if you had bought one of these you could be dead by the time they finish.

[COM] Re: Britannia Roundabout

The problem with Britania Roundabout is that there is to much traffic as there are no other access roads to the CBD from south-east of the city. There is no access from Wakefield all the way around to Hutt St. THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER ROAD ACROSS VICTORIA PARK.

[U/C] Re: Former LeCornu Redevelopment | Mixed Use

The new bikeway under construction in Frome Rd is looking great. I think the council have finally got it right with footpath bikeway and a lane of parking/traffic flexibility. This could spread quickly now a good solution has been demonstrated. Clearly, there has been a market failure with the le Co...

I think the underground car park for this development extends across the whole site. The vehicle entrance is going to be at the rear, in Flinders Lane, in an already constructed entrance, through the ground floor of the existing Zen apartments on the Western side. I would have thought they would hav...
