That looks atrocious, like as if they left it to the kids in reception to design the building.
You are wrong, looks great.

[PRO] Re: Goodwood/Springbank/Daws Road Intersection

But, that petrol station was vacant land for YEARS until only a couple years ago. I'd love to know whose bright spark idea it was to rebuild it, doesn't take much to guess that the intersection would've been expanded at some point in the future, however distant it might've seemed. The bright spark ...

At the end of the article, it claims in 1950 you could turn right onto North Tce. Some 68 years later we can't figure out how to do it again in a safe manner.

Just seems so wrong lol

Walking past this morning, the build is now just rubble and 50% of the scaffolding now removed.

Shouldn't be to long before the site is completely cleared.

[APP] Re: 269 North Terrace | 118m | 34 Levels | Student accommodation

Not exactly correct. My understanding is Kyren/Samaras well and truly did try to buy the church [269 North Tce] well before it was for sale [prob 2 years prior] after he had bought his neighbouring site. The answer was no - it was not for sale with no indication they would ever sell/move. Further t...
