Update 20/4/2024. Work is progressing on private hospital at 203-204 Greenhill Rd. The 4 lift shafts and service cores have been completed and now work is progressing on ground floor level.

yes this crane was not working at 42 56 franklin st but at pwc building further west.

I passed by the old gas works site at Bowden yesterday and there is some sprinkler pipe all around the site at the top fence railing height which was venting off some obnoxious gases.

Demolition of 9-13 Dequetteville Tce is 3/4 done with only the small 2 story office of Projectworx to be demolished (the Crownchase and Illuka buildings have been demolished).

Is the Telstra 67-69 Waymouth St telephone exchange being reclad? I notice both the front and western side have small bracket frames attached to large parts of these walls.
