A few months ago I saw renders of two buildings on one podium ( I can’t remember the exact location but I think it’s this one) if it is I wouldn’t be too excited. The building looked very average and wasn’t tall.

This along with Realm have definitely changed the east end. Hopefully we get a few more tallish towers on this end to create a nice cluster.

Completely agree, they shouldn’t build this on the wetlands they just built since that would just be a waste of tax payers money. I think the design isn’t too bad, it’s not the most imaginative building but if it was only a few more floors taller (around 100m tall) I think it would have been a lot better because at the moment it just blends in with the surrounding buildings as they are all pretty much the same height.
