This was approved. They were happy for the heritage facade to be demolished if they include a plaque or artwork to commemorate the buildings history... Yes, and it is also better than the student accommodation being built on Gray Street. If those two can be approved then you'd think this one would be a certainty. Hopefully I am wrong as it is pretty disgusting.

Yes under current regulation shops are able to open from 12:01am Monday - Friday but need to close at 9pm. Few shops open at this time due to lack of demand.
