Totally agree on the Tilke rant. I'll give credit to him for the track in Turkey with the high speed triple apex curve but last I heard of that track it's now one big car dealership.

They're already well underway in demolishing the houses along the western side of South Rd between Torrens Rd and Pym St. I doubt there would be much disjoint between the two projects.

From what I can gather this is going to take up some of the carpark, no existing shops are to be demolished. It's currently on the public notifications for the DAC.

Looks like Hassell have been awarded the architectural works for the plaza, with Mott MacDonald being the project managers. Can anyone else confirm?
