Origin Energy has made a half yearly profit of $747 million, up from $44 million last year. Origin alone have 77,000 customers in hardship, that is on plans to pay off their bill. Re: Beer Garden
I'm pretty sure it was a Spotless Linen facility for cleaning and storing linen. I know the place you’re talking about and I don’t think it’s that one as Spotless are still in that one. The Balfours one is the red and beige building next door. I do recall hearing about there being some sort of gove...

[COM] Re: Festival Plaza Incl. 115m Tower | $800 million
I was looking through the documents relating to the tower the other day and if my calculations were right, I believe this one is actually closer to 120 meters

Re: Beer Garden
Hey, this is a weird question to ask but I was wondering if anyone here knows what the big Balfours factory out at Dudley Park used to be before they moved in? I always remember they used to be where West Franklin is and its a pretty old looking factory so clearly it’s not a new build.

I remember seeing some fairly recent pics inside there before it got demolished and it looked to be a very interesting place to say t...

There appears to be several façade panels from this one up for testing in an empty plot on the side street that runs next to West Franklin. They look pretty good.
