I wasn't commenting on whether its a good design or not, I was commenting on how this site goes up for sale every so often and no sale ever eventuates.

I too have seen this. Not holding my breath though. Unless someone can prove otherwise - this site will remain vacant.

The street trees on Compton Street are being removed possibly due to roots lifting the ground. Assuming they will be replaced with new trees.

Yeah they did. I’m wondering if the lack of car parking is the reason it fell through.

151 Gilbert Street, behind my place, is back on the market. Not surprised. Place has been silent for months except for the cars from next door using it as a car park.

Of course Kieran Snape was one of the greenies to vote against it.

Well then, I don’t know how others feel but I’m sure they feel the same as I do - the waiting game for this development is becoming painfully frustrating.
