I don't know if im missing something, but wasn't the underside of the exposed levels supposed to be some kind of wood or brown colour? Can anyone point me to whats happening with that?

Correct me if im wrong, but the area they are planning to redevelop is not the recently renovated Federal Hall, but the adjacent Coles and area between Grote, Gouger and the lane between Victoria square? If so, I think this is a really great proposal, but with an office tower overhead and low lying ...

Im not sure what he meant by that either, im really hoping it doesn't mean that either.
