Drove past this a little earlier and it definitely looks better in person, it's not great but it is not a complete hatchet job. Lets not forget the jewel in the crown (the green wall) hasn't been installed yet, so the final outcome still has a way to go. Some notable greenery on the skyline would lo...

[APP] Re: Former LeCornu Redevelopment | Mixed Use

Maybe they could build a bunker on the site, to act as a safe space for the good folk of North Adelaide the next time a rock and roll band is a tad loud or the lights of the AO are a little too bright? 891ABC on Wednesday morning just gone announced that any development of the site is "atleast 3 yea...

This is pretty s**t, but its really in a nothing location and will be obscured by bigger builds around it. SCAP has approved worse so I cant see them challenging this.

A variation was lodged for this DA on the 20/03/19, details yet to be released as to what the variations are.. seems like this may well be alive.

Given its a fairly prominent blank wall (with 0% chance of being covered up anytime soon), it would be nice to see a mural of some kind up there.

SCAP should have done more to address its presentation imo.

You all get so riled up by GHS, just ignore him and he will become lost in amongst all the constructive posts on this thread. Getting back on topic, the speed of this construction has been impressive, any chance of Realm taking a temporary 'new tallest' title appears to be gone. The facade treatment...

This will put a private hotel operators offside, a spokesperson from the Majestic group raised concerns re: the government loan. This will end up looking fine. However, in this location, it's a real missed opportunity for something special.

Honestly there's been about 100 rumours regarding the Tennant for this, I am tired of it. To my knowledge the building doesn't even have approval.
Sounds like an online forum which is largely driven on speculation and the unknown isnt the place for you, champ.
