Re: Tram and South Rd closed - for a worrying reason

Wooden wedges have also been installed between the beams a...

Here are some shots from the first tourist run. Friends on-board said that many people couldn't get on the first rum. http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s264/billd_photo/H351_first_tourist_run_1740_zps6ff22b29.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s264/billd_photo/H351_first_tourist_run_1746_small_...

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
I was in Glenelg this morning and luckily had time to grab my camera as H-Type 351 was crossing Brighton Road. I didn't see it again on-track so I assume that it was on its way back to Glengowrie depot. http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s264/billd_photo/Adelaides_H351_1581a_small_zps0f7b0e97.jpg ht...

Re: U/C: Electrification & Upgrade of the Adelaide Rail Netw
Easter 2013 - the Emerson Crossing is closed to allow the installation of new rails. Here are a couple of pictures taken at 9pm on Friday night. On the up (left-hand) track, a group of workers are putting in place some robust reinforcing where the line crosses an underground pipe. Bill. http://i154....

[COM] Re: SWP: Goodwood Junction Rail Underpass | $110m
There's some talk from Goodwood locals that the ARTC track from the tram bridge to the Victoria Street crossing is going to be slewed somewhat further to the west. There's not much room - only a few metres.

21/1/2013 - Early afternoon The temporary ARTC diversion is mainly in place. The northern end was lined up as I was leaving, but welding was yet to be done. The orange Hitach machine in the first shot was fitted with a large hook. This machine made its way backward and forward pulling the rail into ...

20th Jan 2013. Workers are preparing a diversion to shift the ARTC goods line over to where the Beliar line ran. This will allow excavation works to commence on the western side of the site. As the Belair line is on gauge-convertible concrete sleepers, it appears that for some of the length they've ...

These pictures were taken between Victoria Street and Goodwood station. Large front-end loaders are pulling up the track. http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s264/billd_photo/goodwood_underpass_5-1-2013_0808_small_zpsf3b68b91.jpg http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s264/billd_photo/goodwood_underpass_...
