Well, so much for that. The Park Tce wall of Plant 1 has just been demolished. Pretty disappointing.

Signs for a brick recycling company are there, so I guess they’ll re-appear elsewhere in Bowden.

Welcome neighbour. No insight on who has taken up the commercial tenancy in Park Central. The Park Tce side of Plant 1 is marked as 'preferred commercial at ground level'.
