If you google AFS logicwall you should find the information regarding the walls to the Western side of the building.
In my experience these are a pain in the arse and are essentially cfc sheeting each side and are known to blow out during the pouring of concrete.

The article falls short of specifying the building proper is under construction. They would not build this without tenant pre commitment which also has not been announced.
