4 levels in 6 months is absolute snail pace. This building has multiply transfer and steps throughout the carpark levels to accommodate the car stackers, I would expect them to speed up now that they're on the apartment levels. That being said, Hindmarsh have really let themselves down with the site...

Quite possibly the slowest Multistorey project to be built in Adelaide in recent time, floor cycles are out to 20 day cycles! Superstructure started March 2018…Was due for completion in December 18 and they still haven’t topped out yet and will miss the 2019 Uni intake…. Ouch for the developer of St...

Definitely activities happening on site thismorning with crane and hoist moving. Apparently Super Structure is on hold due to cracking in structural columns.... they poured last week, weather is superb this wk and there are no RDO. So they should be loading up the next floor and jacking up the jump ...

Crane is up, but no loading bay? Cruised passed the other day and it was chaos on pirie with a truck backing in, people walking on the road and cars driving on the wrong side of the road.

Looking at the historic progress photos on this forum, it looks like they've recently installed a heap of props in the South East corner all the way up the building. while they've strapped two props beneath the North east Podium column......
