I wonder if the Synergy cowboys will get much more work after this.
Delays, poor building practices, bad blood with all sorts of neighbours and to top it off an ugly building with some design flaws that didn't get noticed.

Word in the industry is this project is a couple of months behind schedule... Crane problems and now on their 4th or 5th site manager!

Heard a guy on 5AA Radio saying Synergy were pumping their toilets into an open drain. John Blake from "Behind Closed Doors" even made a skit about it. Quite funny.

The pub next door to this building site is closing, claiming access for deliveries has been blocked by the construction works.
