I'm not sure if I follow but the 2017 amendments hasn't been approved, but the project is now out for pre-selling. AND construction is expected to start soon (I doubt it'll be this year); :shock: Has this received full development approval at all? Or is there any new amended application lodged? :bow:

If I remember it correctly, the proposal for the second tower's originally (year 2015) for 23 storey hotel. But I heard that there's a more recent approval for it to be reduced by 5 storeys. Could anyone confirm?
