[COM] Re: 52-66 King William Street | 65m | 15 Levels | Southern Cross Arcade
Went for a wander through Southern Cross today it's looking pretty sad now. It seems a few of the food places are still hanging in (the bakery/coffee shop, bing boy and the steakhouse at least, but the latter is closing next week) a couple that have closed were having the fixtures and fittings remov...

The last of the smaller pieces of the bridge over Regency Rd looked like it was all in place about 8.30 tonight. All the traffic light poles were back in place and some of the fences near the eastern viewing areas seemed to have been removed, looks to be all on track for the reopening on Monday morn...

Looks like work is progressing incredibly well on the South Rd bridge over Regency Rd. The first span was mostly in Monday. I believe the second span goes up today There's 6 pieces all up. Two large ones in the middle covering the majority and four smaller ones on either end. The second large span ...

Heard a whisper that the cinemas may reopen as Hoyts, not sure when though.
Would be a pity to see the facility not being utilised so hopefully its true.

The Harrison Road reserve is really noticeable in the first picture (row of trees on the left side opposite Coopers Brewery), does anybody know the history of why Harrison Road wasn't built (or was it unbuilt) it would have been very useful with the drama that is the closing of Pym Street and bus r...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
Is it just me or do other people find the reporting on the proposed bus route changes really quite strange in the sense that all the articles focus on the "number of bus stops lost".... No substantive investigation on proposed frequency or cost or efficiency or coverage (I suppose "l...

[COM] Re: Armada Arndale (Redevelopment) | $200m
I would say the ones that have closed ie Coles Arndale are due to either their limited size footprint (their new shops are 3500 sqm or more) or poor trading figures relative to other stores ie Woolworths Harbourtown. TorrensSA, do you blame them if they aren’t working that they close them down and ...

With Coles shutting up shop on May 31, it was announced on the Armada Arndale Facebook page today that Romeo's Foodland will open June 4th. Obviously not planning on changing too much straight away, going to be a pretty quick turn around. Went into Coles tonight for the first time in about 6 weeks, ...

Long time lurker first time poster here.
Heard today that Coles at Arndale will be closing in early February.
Perhaps something to do with the previously mentioned Stage 5 redevelopment??
