This actually looks pretty good! It's visible from a far and makes it more prominent. Only reason it looks big is because the building is stand alone and that there's not that many high rise buildings next to it to compare.

Depends on how much higher above the core the roof feature sits. Either which way, this has given the west end a maaaaasive height boost. Should be a cracker once finished. Much agree, this does give the West end a prominent look as you're driving into the city. With Adelaidean and Realm towards Ea...

Though the Adelaidean looks good i feel like having the floor slab hanging out creates some issues (bird shit and potential staining). As good and prominent that'll be, will there be spikes along the perimeter to prevent this cause?
