[U/C] Re: 295-297 Pirie Street | 61m | 16 Levels | Apartments

Am I missing something here. An apartment situated over the road from green parklands, a 5 min walk to Rundle St East, a 7 min walk to Hutt St cafes, and people are saying that its in a iffy spot. WTF. By the way, the homeless are spread throughout the city. Ive walked past this site many times at ...

I'm with you guys in giving this one a big thumbs up. :applause: I especially like how the upper floor 3 bed apartments all come with an internal dedicated storage room inside the apartment. Good planning.

I know a couple of people on the DAP assessment board who will tear this one to shreds. Considering is yet to be approved, good luck is all i say. Horrible, cheap, nasty is what comes to mind. This is what happens when only a few have the power. They build what they like, and stomp on what they don...

[U/C] Re: [PRO] 236-238 The Parade Norwood, Bath Hotel $11.5m

As someone who lives in Norwood, God damn will this stand out like dog's balls... I mean, I'm all for progress, but something that high will look out of place with what else is around in comparison. It will stand out until another taller building pops up, something needs to be first Exactly! People...

[U/C] Re: [PRO] 236-238 The Parade Norwood, Bath Hotel $11.5m

And living around Norwood myself, I'd far rather see density concentrated into such apartment buildings than see beautiful homes/properties subdivided or redeveloped into duplexes/townhouses as elsewhere. Spot on SRW, You've won quote of the month! I also live in Norwood and yes I agree, agree, agr...

Despite not really being keen on the brown initially I actually really like this one now. This is the render that they shopped around to investor/buyers. Its a long way from the shit brown that they actually produced. From a distance the building looks great but up close that brown really sucks! ht...

I hope this ends up looking like the renders Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Have you noticed that the renders deceptively don't show the second taller tower 2 to the right. According to the sales team, this tower will be erected around the same time as the tower 1. And it will also block the vi...

Some renders of an 8 level 35m apartment project on East Terrace. Developers are keen to start asap on this one. At first I thought the design was a bit 'blocky' and so-so but having looked through the floor plans, I'm sold! The residents of these 360 sqm apartments are going to be very happy campe...

If we are to be really serious about increasing residential population in the city, with vibrancy, diversity and permanency, there needs to be more apartments for small families ie single parents with 2 teenagers etc. These small families would ideally require 3 bedroom/2bath and a small separate s...
