Why is this project listed as cancelled in the thread title? The court ruling likely means an amended DA submission will be required - that doesn't mean the project is cancelled.

It is going ahead. They haven't built the footings and 5 levels of core and columns just for fun.

Yes, and including the bottom 5 levels of structure for the office tower (hence the large core and some of the columns being large ones).
