Sorry, it’s the article in the Tiser today which is more specific about the $72m proposal being shelved.

Article suggests the previous $72m plan by CBUS has been shelved and this $300m 17 level building is now proposed instead. Still reliant upon securing an anchor tenant before proceeding.
