[COM] Re: Corner of Franklin and Pitt streets | ~70m | 20 Levels
Work is apparently about to start on separating the front "dome" building from the rear offices.
These offices (which is the section with the Pitt St cafe etc) is not part of the new development.

Not trying to be negative but there are some potential sales issues. Also there is a large microwave communications to...

Work starts June 7th. https://au.news.yahoo.com/video/watch/31715625/new-hospital-development-given-the-given-light/ They might clear the existing building at that point, but won't progress much further for a little while yet. Fingers crossed we get 2 or 3 more cranes out of this one too! At least ...

That's really quite horrible. Take away the nice artificial colouring of the render and you can bet we will end up with painted grey concrete.
Looking at the linked article, the proposal for South Bank at least has a small amount of detail in the design of the cladding.

Is there any renders available on what the northern aspect is going to look like? On the bottom few levels they have built to the boundary with tilt slab, but then maybe that's just a podium and it steps back in? I'm hoping that they make use of the northerly views, at least until built out by anoth...

I believe the training college is still operational so don't expect anything immediately. Also, the closure of Bath Lane is still not finalised and there are a number of services in that road way that need to be relocated prior to them excavating. Not that would stop them demoing the current buildin...
