Most appalling vanity project I've seen from an SA government.

What's the next secret stage. A retractable tennis court to reveal a swimming pool for the PAC swimming carnival?

Fuck me dead
mate it's this or nothing.

Lower deck at Darlington, heading towards town is back to 60. Looks like they are looking at Sturt Road Bridge again. I think they have been working on that small section of the concrete wall edge that broke away a few weeks ago. they've been on and off with the lane reduction and speed reduction f...

after reading the article can someone please explain what “no prescribed height limit zone” means exactly. it sounds too obvious but I'm sure I'm missing something.. Read... it... slowly. It means exactly what it means. condescending response.. very helpful... thanks cmet for your explanation.

Southbound on R2P was open this morning.
what's the speed limit on the overpass? I'm assuming it would be low while work is still underway. I live south so I almost rely on this forum to see what's happening out that way.

Was surprised to see the north bound open last night. A few bumpy bits, those metal grates or whatever they are that run across the road for example. The pedestrian bridge at Pym is lit up at night, but just plain lighting. You'd think they would have lit it up green or something to keep with the c...

there was a small drilling rig at the south eastern corner of this intersection just off Brighton road this morning. I can only assume they're taking samples.

5 metres for each lane seems doable. anyone know how wide the heyson tunnels are? I doubt they would be more than 15 metres. keep in mind the heyson tunnels don't have any emergency stopping shoulders. on each side the lanes are right up against the wall. edit, a quick Google search shows that the h...

I found a few images of one of the earlier Darlington proposals. The early design had the trench just on the west side and few less lanes. The upcoming Torrens to Darlington section should have minimal entry and exit points, I'd go with entry/exit points at Anzac Highway and maybe Cross Road. They'...

I think the last section of this project would easily annihilate the record for the most consultations conducted without actually coming up with a plan.
