[COM] Re: Lot 101 Synagogue Place | 75m | 21 levels | Dwell Adelaide

At least the colour tones of the concrete panels on this one are relatively consistent. The variance in tone on the Waymouth street student accom. amplifies its cheap design IMO. Having said that this is still a poor outcome. Fingers crossed this is the last of these concrete monstrosities (wont be ...

Interesting that its commercial.. maybe they have tenants locked in? Or maybe they have no idea about the saturated office marketplace here in Adelaide. All in all its a nice building so heres hoping it's delivered.

This one is now complete, yeah? Negative. The bulk of the building is complete but the ground level is still very much a work-site. Pedestrian walkway scaffolding is still up along with the lane closure on Morphett. Looks like they're just grinding out the finishing touches on this and I would say ...

Any buyers of U2 frequent this forum? Interested to know what dealing with datong has been like given the delays and failed promises made over the past two years. Hopefully this delay is short lived..

This sites up for sale. Looks like its dead (in its current form) unless the buyer revives it as the approval is up for sale also.

Has a DA been lodged? Or are DC architecture just pumping up their egos via facebook?

Looks good. Hopefully this time around it comes to fruition. Would be a major win for the mall if H&M are a part of this. Ultimately I think the likes of H&M, Zara, Uniqlo etc. being present in the mall is inevitable.

Since it's been bumped by others, I'll take the opportunity to provide an update. I've been refraining from commenting due to the response I received earlier in the thread. It should be obvious to a sensible person why a professional can't divulge project images or specific details prior to plannin...

I drive past this one quite often and it's turned out to be a neat little tower. I like it. +1. I also drive past this a fair bit and IMO it's the best of the 3 that have been recently U/C along South Terrace (others being August Towers & Citi Terrace). Looking forward to seeing more pop up alo...

A new Waymouth St building is drawing attention — for all the wrong reasons Roxanne Wilson, Lifestyle reporter, The Advertiser June 26, 2017 8:26pm IT looks like an architectural remnant of the Cold War era. But this “ugly” new building is rising above Waymouth St in the Adelaide CBD and it’s drawi...

There's been some activity on the site of park central also, should be a crane there shortly. One Adelaide has been quite for awhile but with the stage 2 DA lodged Friday hopefully it kicks into full swing - personally my favorite proposal of them all. Verde and UniSA crane #2 would be coming down s...

An increase in apartment numbers is a good sign, shows the developers are willing to put their $ where their mouth is by committing to more. Such a great buzz around this and Realm being both of a similar height, nature and in close proximity. Would be so great to see them in a race to the completio...
