I disagree. It can have some great designer finds. It’s so random. But the great can be fantastic.

Is that brown finishing the same that we see on the convention centre?

This is the type of skyline filler I’d much rather. Beats so manny of those dog boxes that have gone up.

Wait hang on. In the top picture it looks like the western side is totally glazed but in the second picture it’s not? It looks so much better. But I’m confused.

The first pictures was photoshopped to get a gauge of height is that correct?

Looks very bland from that angle.

Go and check out the threads. You’ll find my disgust there and in many other subpar developments that have been proposed, approved and or gone ahead.

So sad to see this monstrosity go ahead.
