Unrelated to the centre of cancer biology but the unisa student hub opened today at open day. My friends are there now checking it out and the interior looks beautiful. If anyone is in the area I suggest checking it out and maybe posting some photos aha

[COM] Re: 260 Flinders Street | 78m/64m | 25/23 Levels | Mixed Use
This is ridiculously beautiful!!!! God I hope it gets built. The impact this will have on the eastern side of the city will be phenomenal. Love the use of greenary along the facades and the juxtaposing of heights, surrounding itself with lower buildings makes this one seem so much taller than 78 met...

ADL entertainment precinct
I drive past this part of Adelaide at least twice a week and every time I do I begin to see the potential of this space. With easy access from the city with the tram line and all northern train lines, along with the existing entertainment centre and Bonython park for concerts and festivals I feel th...

Re: Glenelg dock
just a quick plan of what port Noarlunga could be planned out like, with the addition of a tram line central town district with shops and cafes along with a few hotel and apartments towers and then a theme park. This could become our little version of surfers paradise

Re: Riverside Precinct
Maybe instead of a bali inspired garden there could be a sculpture garden with sculptures from local artists located around paving and new greenery. I think the beach would be a way of bringing people to this space. If tourist are staying in adelaide it would be easier to travel 5 mins to this beach...

Re: Glenelg dock
I like that idea of taking tourist to other places like victor as they are really hard to get to if your only staying here for a few days. They could even have a dock at port noarlunga. By changing port noarlunga into a tourism town with maybe a theme park, revamp the Main Street with more shops and...

Re: Why not a Vegas style river fountain show?
I think this is a brilliant idea. Imagine travelling across the footbridge at night after a football game and seeing this amazing water fire and light show. This would really impress any visitors coming to adelaide which would hopefully promote them to visit again. I think adding lights to the edges...

Re: Franklin Tower, 148m, Franklin St
thanks for the feed back, but my main reasoning behind posting this was just to quickly show everyone how the addition of just one tower could completely change the way people see Adelaide and would help us break free from all the negativity towards our city.

Franklin Tower, 148m, Franklin St
New glass office tower at 148m tall located on Franklin St near Victoria Square. Tower would contain 36 levels of office space and an observation deck on the top floor providing views over the entire city. Its central location in Adelaide would allow for amazing views of the city, beach and Adelaide...

Mount Lofty Obersation Tower and Chairlift
Adding a Oberservation tower for tourists at Mount Lofty measuring around 150m tall. The tower would contain a large glass box at the top of the tower for visitors to observe their surroundings. A restaurant would be located at the top of the tower too. It would also contain telecommunication towers...

New Tramlines for CBD
Just a quick image of where I believe two new tram line extensions should take place to better our city. North Adelaide to City East line and a Adelaide Airport to The Parade via Victoria Square line These lines would stop at very popular destinations such as the parade, Adelaide oval, O'Connell str...

Re: Thinking about move to Adelaide
Hey, I've lived in adelaide all my life and if your looking for a small city then adelaide is perfect for you. It's very quite compared to Melbourne Sydney or brisbane. We have our wonderful festivals all year round and some great places to discover. Our riverbank district is beautiful with the new ...
