Works have also started on the Noarlunga line extension. Goldsmith dr. has been diverted and excavation is taking place for what looks like an underpass for the rail line. If you're referring to the lights located down by the coupler, I believe the refurbished railcars are progressively having them fitted. On freight locomotives they're usually triggered when the horn is sounded and either stop flashing or switch off completely after 15 to 30 seconds, so I would assum...

I was in the process of writing my own reply before I found this one. It pretty much sums up my thoughts about this plan: All I can see with this plan are distractions, and underlying those, problems. For starters, the gaol is gone...? And wouldnt the covering over of the interstate rail line affect...
