Someone asked on Facebook yesterday who the builder was, and whoever is running the page replied that Watpac would be. Still no development application though... all a bit strange ?

The GM of the hotel posted about a September opening (on schedule) on LinkedIn less than 2 weeks ago.

Basement currently being dug out here (quite deep) and the building next door. I wonder if we’ll see a tower crane for either?
