I heard a contrasting report on the adelaide housing market the other day on the news, it talked about future oversupply in the adelaide market, yet i couldn't find any reports backing their findings. Very good analysis in this report... i'd love to see more good news like...

Yep... very good point. This is only an interim step before I setup a proper web-gallery. Once the web-gallery is up and running, this forum will be pretty much redundant.
