[COM] Re: PRO: 114 Waymouth Street | 128m | 34lvls | Mixed Use
I count 32 levels. Am I missing something? I only count about 16 levels (although that's impossible if the building is 128m). Are there two levels between each of those white lines? Still, it looks like a pretty good design (not as good as Vue or Currie Rosina though). But all it has to be is twice...

Hey look! Blank western (and eastern) walls! Either way it's not particularly offensive, but nothing special either. It would look more impressive if Optus wasn't there to make it look like a pipsqueak. Would I be wrong to say it would probably will be about as tall as that Grand Chifley hotel...

Re: What's up at 284 Greenhill rd?
Pretty sure they're putting an OTR there, but don't quote me. I was a little miffed because they tore down some nice old houses to start building it. I might get some pictures soon as I don't live too far from it.

We're getting off topic now though. Anyway, who are the other two named after? One's Mark Ricciuto I believe but who's the fifth one?

I hope it doesn't actually end out having that weird bit jutting out from nowhere, to take advantage of the space in the air, above the smaller building in front. Also, the extreme height of this is going to cause it to have a lot of outcry from those naysayers who still want Adelaide to exist in t...

LOOKS AWESOME! Please, please, please be built! At 86m it would be our sixth tallest building, and would help boost our growing southern skyline. Would be wonderful to see something happen on that empty lot, which has been that way for like six years now. It would just be great to have something hid...

I don't really see the toilet seat comparison - that blue thingy on the Commonwealth Law Courts building looks more like a toilet to me than this. Toilet seats generally (not always but mostly) go the whole way around. Maybe if there was a northern stand with similar proportions to the eastern and w...

[COM] Re: U/R: Colonial Mutual Building > Mayfair Hotel
Article on adelaidenow says that the hotel could possibly be open by the end of May. It also said that the jewellery box addition thingy will house hotel rooms and there will be a cafe and three high end retailers at street level, if those things haven't been stated already.

I was wondering what is the seating capacity of each stand - I know there's 53,500 seats - but is there like one massive stand and two smaller ones? It's hard to tell from photos since they have giant roof structures. Riverbank Stand: 14,000 Eastern Stand: 19,00 Western Stand: 14,000 Northern Seati...
