[PRO] Re: 62-68 Main North Road | 7 Levels | Motel/Apartments
This architect is a basic draftsman at best. I've seen quite a few of his completed developments (at concept through to completion) and the seem to be cut and paste, cheap and nasty stuff. The company must be one of the cheapest Architects in Adelaide, as all the low cost developers seem to use them.

I am looking for land, and I was quite surprised to find that parts of Redwood Park, Ridgehaven and most of Banksia park, have no sewage. They are on septic tanks. Does anyone know how this occurred that a suburb ended up on septic tanks? I also wonder what this means for the long term redevelopmen...

I believe once Conveyancing goes electronic, Pexa will be processing the transactions https://www.pexa.com.au/
I believe Pexa is a Privately held company with the banks being the shareholders.

Re: Aldi Distribution Centre | Regency Park $70 Million
Weird it says 150 stores, then 50 stores further down, I would say the 150 is a typo. No it's maybe correct. This distribution centre will service up to 50 stores, of around 150 planned stores. So there will be more distribution centres as well as stores in their long term plan. Although Coles have...

Re: Northern Expressway - increase limit to 130kmh?
If they could somehow have a mobile phone blocking device running from the beginning of the Expressway on commencement of the 130km/h then returning to mobile phone reception at the end of the expressway, then drivers would have to do one thing only...and that's drive. Also have police conduct frequ...
