Re: News & Discussion: Trams
I personally think it makes more sense to do the North Adelaide extension first. Do the Norwood one later. Without an extension over the bridge, the under construction Festival Theater stop is a little silly and I can't imagine it being used too often apart from Adelaide Oval and Theater event days.

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
The Lord Mayor said his “information” was that there would, in fact, be a tram track built to allow trams to turn right around the intersection’s south-eastern corner into North Terrace, but that it would only be used for out-of-service trams. “I understand that there will be tram tracks which enab...

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
I decided to ask the DPTI's Facebook page about the intersection. This is the reply I got. Hi Nicholas, the right hand turn from King William Street onto North Terrace is not required from an operational perspective of the extension. The tracks being installed at the intersection of King William Str...

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
Do we have any idea what kind of timetable will be used with the new extension? will every second tram go east instead of west? How often will they go up to the Festival Center?

Re: News & Discussion: Trams
I can't understand what these curved lines around the corners mean. Anyone know? http://i.imgur.com/wd65BVp.png The tracks? The lines represent both tracks - i.e. each black line represents two rails. The two black lines in the bottom left hand quadrant represent the two existing lines which curve ...

Re: News & Discussion: Chinatown
Anyone know what the situation is with the new food court ? It was supposed to open for the Chinese New year which was 3 months ago. I found the food court redevelopment's Facebook page and sent them a private message yesterday. This was their response: Hi Nicholas. We moving quickly through the la...

Re: Adelaide Oval Redevelopment
Well after that 44,745 crowd for the T20 game against India, I think NSW Cricket can give up on their quest to steal Australia Day from us. Sent from my SM-A300Y using Tapatalk Attendance aside, if they keep up the level of noise outside the venue in future Aus Day matches then we deserve to lose i...
