This looks awesome! I am pleasantly surprised that an organisation like the Queen Adelaide Club wants to do something like this. Are they finally moving into the 21st century?

I am just basing the July starting date on what has been said in the media. it has been publicly said so unless an explanation for delay is given I expect to see action on the site sometime in July.

Does anyone know if construction is still going to begin in July? I cant wait to see this one go up.
