Re: Love Story 2050 screening

Opening scene was an office boardroom (which was actually the Adelaide Convention Centre, overlooking the Torrens) - The first half of the movie was different places around South Australia. There were many parts that had Norm and...

Well Norman and I are both definitely going to be there tomorrow Sunday 13th @ 4pm, contrary to what Shuz says we do want more people there!

(edit: screening start time is 4pm - I'll be there a bit before, by 3.45pm)

Denny I don't know if you've realised what you've done now, we're all going to turn up.
I'd go to - with the Tunnel Tour I thought I'd strugle to get the minimum number of persons, but we ended up doubling it!

Say we make it Sunday 13th and create a new thread so more people have a chance to notice it?

Re: SensationalAdelaide Events

In other news, that Love Story 2050 isn't showing in Adelaide from what I can see... too bad. I believed you Norman so didn't go looking to closely... Although just called up SATC and said "Hey, you've got this movie on your website , but nobody seems to be showing it..." Couple of minute...

Re: SensationalAdelaide Events

Love Story 2050 is being released on July 4. To celebrate, I am organising a S-A Event on the 5th or 6th July for all of us to attend a screening on that Saturday at Greater Union Marion. Venue can be changed, although I doubt the other cinemas will screen this movie (I base this on the "Comin...

Re: Flexitys stopped by wet weather

I saw this on my way to Service SA at 0945 this morning - Trans Adelaide guy told me the power was out, hence they couldn't move!!

By 1015 they had cleared away - but I wasn't risking waiting around for a tram - I walked it in the rain to Pirie street.

Adelaide Airport Incident June '07

Came across this which was uploaded to liveleak yesterday... http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=646_1210400602 I never heard about this one, does anyone recall it? I thought it was funny as hell, that some idiot tried to slide down the space between the escalator, but ends up with a broken leg in the di...

Re: Stateline ABC: tram story

I doubt any of the journalists have read the independant air quality report from TransAdelaide's website... http://www.transadelaide.com.au/transadelaide_info/pdf/tram_air.pdf I just skimped over it and to be honest, think the report doesn't answer the biggest question... From Page 4 Readings range...
